MOSCOW, Russia – Edward Snowden, the hacker who gained access to every secret corner of the Internet during his tenure at the NSA, has come forward with details of a classified project to alter the world’s climate. The shocking truth, as he says, is that chemtrails are part of a benevolent program aimed at countering global warming. By cooperating in secret with jet fuel manufacturers, government agents have carefully kept the massive chemtrail efforts completely under wraps. Snowden added, “I am only revealing this program because there is no oversight in the scientific community, no public discussion, and little concern for the side-effects which are well known only to a few privileged people interested in continuing the decades-long chemtrail program in secret.”
Because climate change is a threat to U.S. agriculture, it has been labeled a national security issue. With the influence and cooperation of Monsanto, a secret Geoengineering lab dubbed Muad’Dib has been operating since the late 1960s, and the chemtrail program is often referred to by insiders as its “crown jewel.” Muad’Dib has aimed to protect North America’s climate at all costs – even if that means accelerating desertification in Sub-Saharan Africa or spreading trace amounts of carcinogens over lightly populated areas. Other side effects, which scientists at the secret Muad’Dib Geoengineering Lab have predicted, include droughts in the Amazon and powerful windstorms along the East Coast.
Snowden shared decisive documents with The Internet Chronicle, but out of concern for national security, only his testimonial can be published. These documents contain references to scientists who would surely be targeted by foreign counterintelligence, and their knowledge is vital to short-term survival of the United States.
Snowden said, “If this program were to stop, the scientists behind it strongly believe that within just one year the North American climate would spiral out of control, and crop failures would lead to a series of devastating famines that would quickly depopulate urban centers.”
Because the program has been carried out on such a massive scale, skeptics might find Snowden’s story unbelievable. However, Snowden explained that the chemtrail program has been incredibly easy to hide, especially with the cooperation of jet fuel companies, a crucial part of the military-industrial complex. Snowden said, “The chemicals which are released by passenger airplanes have been covertly introduced as ‘additives,’ supposedly to improve efficiency. Only as the plane reaches cruising velocity does the heat and atmospheric pressure cause a chemical reaction that synthesizes the top secret carbon-trapping molecule. This process is imperfect, and many of the by-products are incredibly dangerous even in trace quantities. The most dangerous thing is that although chemtrails are keeping the climate of the U.S. reasonably stable, citizens are bombarded every day with an invisible rain of carbon-laden molecules, and the effect on health is totally unknown.”

Chemtrail (do inglês chemical trail, "trilha química") é uma teoria que sustenta que os rastros deixados por alguns aviões são na verdade trilhas químicas, deliberadamente pulverizadas a grandes altitudes, com propósitos de controle do clima, causando danos à saúde da população.[1] Versões da teoria da conspiração da chemtrail circulam na Internet, e programas de rádio dizem que a atividade é dirigida por funcionários dos governos.[1] [2] [3] citando o documento Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025,[4] que sugere que a Força Aérea dos Estados Unidos está conduzindo experiências de mudança do tempo. De fato, existem programas de controle climático como o HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) que agora está sob jurisdição da agência Darpa[5] , com fins militares. O governo americano também possui patentes de air spraying, inclusive de vacinação em massa[6] . O termo mais usado para classificar esta atividade é Geoengenharia.
Existem documentários sobre o assunto, como "Look Up" e "Why in the world they are spraying?" ou o francês "Bye Bye Blue Sky", do diretor Patrick Pasin. Também existem ONGs direcionadas a monitorar esta atividade como a Geoengineering Watch[7] e a Skyderalert[8] .
A existência de chemtrails tem sido repetidamente negada pelas agências governamentais e por cientistas credenciados[9] [10] [11] , mesmo com a intensificação do fenômeno e a ocorrência simultânea em várias partes do mundo.
O website Flightradar24[12] monitora 100% do movimento de aviões comerciais, e aparentemente não se sabe e não há explicação por parte dos órgãos oficiais do porque destes aviões que deixam rastros estarem invisíveis neste monitoramento. Os órgãos oficiais repetidamente garantem serem vôos comercias.
Pesquisas feitas por organizações independentes apontam para um aumento do nível de alumínio[13] [14] [15] na água e uma acidificação do solo[16] nas regiões onde o fato acontece com frequência.
A Força Aérea dos Estados Unidos afirma que a teoria é um embuste "que tem sido investigado e refutado por muitas órgãos credenciados, organizações científicas e principais publicações dos meios de comunicação".[17] . O que para os ativistas da teoria seria mais um sinal de acobertamento, principalmente por parte da mídia corporativa e do governo.
O Departamento Britânico para o Meio Ambiente, Alimentação e Assuntos Rurais afirmou que chemtrails "não são fenômenos reconhecidos cientificamente".[10] O líder do governo da Câmara dos Comuns do Canadá declarou que "o termo chemtrails é uma expressão popular, e não há provas científicas para apoiar a sua existência."[18]


Trilhas que seriam compatíveis com as chemtrails, segundo os adeptos desta teoria.
O termo chemtrail não se refere a formas comuns de pulverização aérea, tais como a de uso agrícola, a semeadura de nuvens ou o combate aéreo de incêndios. O termo refere-se especificamente a trilhas aéreas decorrentes do lançamento sistemático, em grande altitude, de substâncias químicas não encontradas nas trilhas de condensação (em inglês, contrails), resultando no aparecimento de faixas não usuais no céu. Os adeptos dessa teoria especulam que as finalidades da liberação de produtos químicos poderiam ser: resfriamento por reflexão de radiação solar, controle climático e por fim, associado ao uso do Haarp, uma arma climática; e essas trilhas estariam causando doenças respiratórias e outros problemas de saúde.[1] [2] [19] [20]
